Four steps to install

  1. 01

    Install the app

    Install voidX AI from the Shopify App Store and the onboarding page opens inside your Shopify admin. No external account or login; plan selection and billing go through Shopify.

  2. 02

    Start store analysis

    Click "Start store analysis". In about 1–2 minutes, an AI persona matched to your store is created.

  3. 03

    Turn on the app embed

    Click "Open theme editor". The editor opens with the voidX AI app embed pre-selected. Turn the toggle on and click Save.

  4. 04

    Go live

    Back in the app, the status updates to "The widget is live on your store" within a few seconds, and a chat character appears at the bottom right of your storefront.
